1. Parties
These terms govern purchases from [Company name, code, address] („Wexofy”, „we”) through wexofy.com.
2. Licence
Plugins are licensed under the GNU GPL v2 or later. A Wexofy licence key grants access to automatic updates and support for the number of production sites stated on the product page, for one year from purchase. Staging and development sites are not counted.
3. Renewals
Licences do not renew automatically. Renewal offers are sent by e-mail before expiry. After expiry the software continues to function; updates and support are suspended until renewal.
4. Refunds

5. Support
Support is provided by e-mail on business days (EET) for the duration of an active licence and covers installation, configuration and defects. Custom development is quoted separately.
6. Liability
Software is provided „as is”. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount paid for the licence in the preceding 12 months.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. EU consumers keep the rights granted by their national law.
